Our almonds are Demeter certified biodynamic almonds. Biodynamic farming methods work in synchronicity with nature's cycles and seasons, as well as working with technologies that continuously improve soil quality. This shows in the quality of the almonds that we were able to procure. Taking perfection one step further, the activation and dehydration of these almonds, gives them an almost roasted taste. This process maintains the nutritive qualities traditionally associated with almonds.

Spicy Barbeque Almonds are a delicious, savoury, spice infusion. We use certified organic spices to flavour these almonds. These nuts are mildly spicy and will appeal to both young and mature palates alike. We use Bio-dymanic Apple Cider Vinegar and Himalayan Crystal Salt to flavour these nuts. These ingredients have been revered by various cultures for their health giving properties.

Activated Almonds are versatile and can be used in many ways. Fitness industry professionals often snack on, and recommend almonds as a healthy snack because of its high protein and low carbohydrate and fat content. Both flavors of nuts are great stand alone snacks.

Various studies have shown that almonds have an affinity for cardio vascular health. Almonds naturally contain no Cholesterol, however are able to regulate cholesterol in our bodies by reducing LDL ('bad') cholesterol and increase HDL ('good') cholesterol. The Ayurvedic system of medicine considers almonds to be both brain and nervous system supporting. Anti-inflammation, immune boosting and liver supportive qualities have also recently been published in various medical journals.
